Your first county is your primary community. Each extra county adds its member directory and events to the same membership and the same monthly payment, and never changes your minimum term.

HOW IT WORKS
Payments, terms and cancelling
- Two options, both paid monthly
- 6 months at £29 a month, or 12 months at £25 a month, for your primary county. Payments are taken monthly by card through Stripe.
- The minimum term
- Your primary membership has a minimum term of 6 or 12 months, depending on the option you choose. It starts on the day you join, and you agree to keep your membership for at least that long.
- After the minimum term
- Your membership continues month to month at the same price. You're not signed up to a new term.
- Additional counties
- £10 a month each, on either option. Add one from your account at any time; it's added straight away with a prorated charge for the rest of the current month, and your minimum term end date doesn't change. A removed county stays open until the end of the monthly billing period you've paid for.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from your account at any time. During the minimum term, your membership stays active and your monthly payments continue until the term ends, and then it ends. After the minimum term, it ends at the end of the current monthly billing period. You can keep your membership at any point before the end date.
- Events
- Regular quarterly member events are included with your membership.

Membership questions
How much does it cost?
There are two options, both paid monthly. The 6-month membership is £29 a month for your primary county, with a 6-month minimum term. The 12-month membership is £25 a month for your primary county, with a 12-month minimum term. Each additional county is £10 a month on either option.
What is the minimum term?
When you join you choose a 6-month or 12-month minimum term for your primary membership. You pay monthly, and you agree to stay a member for at least that long. The term starts on the day you join and doesn't change when you add or remove counties.
What happens after the minimum term?
Your membership simply continues month to month at the same price. You aren't signed up to a new minimum term. From then on, if you cancel, your membership ends at the end of the monthly billing period you're in.
Can I add or remove a county later?
Yes. Add a county from your account at any time: it's added straight away, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current month, and your minimum term end date stays the same. If you remove an additional county, it stays open until the end of the monthly billing period you've paid for, and your monthly payment goes down from the next payment.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the Billing page in your account. During your minimum term, you can ask to cancel at any time: your membership stays active and your monthly payments continue until the end of the term, and then it ends. After the minimum term, cancelling ends your membership at the end of the current monthly billing period. Until the end date you can choose Keep membership to carry on as before.
